How much of each fabric/print do you have on hand? To minimize my impact, I generally only have .5-2 yards of each print on hand. color options and prints on hand are ever changing and always limited. The same goes for hardware, my supplies come 99% from other small shops and designers and as such, everything I have on hand is limited and ever changing and there are no guarantees that I will be able to remake any previously made items.
How often are bag drops? frequently, and often only in my VIP facebook group!
CUSTOM ORDERING FAQ:

Are custom orders always open? Not always! Sometimes I’ll close them and open the waitlist in my Facebook group. When this happens, my website will not be accepting orders
Do you do payment plans? Yes! Afterpay in enabled here on my website as well as through invoicing, and if you need other options, just send me an email at ebcocreative@gmail.com
How does custom ordering work? All custom ordering will be done through this website unless for some reason you need an invoice. There are multiple pages containing all my fabric on hand options. Read the description of the item you want to order carefully, and pay attention to the materials allowed. Some items can only be constructed using certain materials. You then select the style of bag or wallet you want and place your order. I will then reach out to you via your preferred method within 48 hours (facebook message or email) and we will nail down final details of your bag.
(note: I will no longer be purchasing supplies specifically for custom orders - this means all materials availabe to use will be what I have on hand, which i share with the group regularly and in the pages here on the site. This allows TAT to be quicker and for my hoard to be in continuous rotation, which allows me to keep adding new and awesome things!) After all details are confirmed (PLEASE READ INVOICE THOROUGHLY!) no changes can be made and your order is officially on the books!
What is your current TAT? As of 5/2025, 8-12 weeks from time invoice is paid IN FULL.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
Please note: these are handmade items. As such, care should be taken to not over-stuff, pull on, or crush the item more than a reasonable amount. Repairs are limited to within 6 months after purchase, and if the repair is not possible, a credit will be provided towards a future bag. I take all precautions to create bags that can withstand every day life and a few bumps and bruises, but I cannot be held liable for a bag that hasn’t been properly cared for and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued in such circumstances where the damage was not by fault of me, the creator. To clean vinyl or cork exteriors and webbing, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Take care to not allow cotton prints to become soiled.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Flawed items: Flawed items are sold as is and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please read descriptions fully before purchasing
Custom Ordered items: Due to the nature of custom ordering, all sales are final.
Damaged Items: If for any reason an item is damaged due to a mistake or construction issue on my part, like a piece of hardware comes off or a strap comes off during normal use, please contact me via email (ebcocreative@gmail.com) and will send you a return label and will repair if within 6 months of purchase date. If for some reason the damage Is something I’m unable to repair, a shop credit will be issued to you in the amount of the damaged item when the damaged item is returned to me.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders (unless otherwise specified) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day label) within 3-5 business days for RTS orders, and within the agreed upon time frame for custom orders. A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email input when order is made. Any shipping overages over $1 will be refunded. In addition, if out of the contiguous United States, additional shipping and/or customs fees may be required, these are the responsibility of the customer. An invoice will be sent to the aforementioned email for any additional fees, and order will not be shipped until any additional fees are paid by the customer.
